My work began with complementary and integrative therapies to support my mother during breast cancer treatment, where therapeutic massage, meditation, and breath awareness revealed how subtle interventions can profoundly support the body’s systems.
I later expanded this approach through restorative yoga and mindfulness training while supporting cardiopulmonary patients, bridging the space where traditional medicine often ends and daily life begins. This integrative model-combining therapeutic bodywork, breath awareness, and gentle movement has since become the foundation of my practice.
With over 20 years of experience in clinical physiology, pulmonary function testing, and patient care, I bring a healthcare-informed perspective to integrative wellness. I have also been featured in a national publication for my work in therapeutic massage related to hormonal stages and nervous system support.
As a yoga and meditation teacher, I guide practices that are restorative, accessible, and empowering-supporting balance, resilience, and ease across all stages of life.
Honored to be featured in SELF Magazine discussing
how massage treatments are supporting
the stages of perimenopause and menopause.
