My calling to complementary and integrative therapies emerged while supporting my mother during breast cancer treatment. During this time I experienced how therapeutic massage, meditation, and breath awareness-though subtle-can profoundly support the body’s systems.
I later expanded this approach through restorative yoga and mindfulness training while supporting cardiopulmonary patients, bridging the space where traditional medicine often ends and daily life begins. This integrative model-combining therapeutic bodywork, breath awareness, and gentle movement has since become the foundation of my practice.
With over 20 years of experience in clinical physiology, pulmonary diagnostics, and direct patient care, I bring a deeply healthcare-informed and systems-based perspective to integrative wellness. My clinical background informs every aspect of my therapeutic approach, particularly in the assessment and support of nervous system regulation and complex physiological transitions. My specialized focus on perimenopause, menopause, and neurophysiological balance has been featured in a national publication. SELF
As a yoga and meditation teacher, I guide practices that are restorative, accessible, and empowering-supporting balance, resilience, and ease across all stages of life.
